Founder and  CEO
 Mr. Graffman is the CEO of Tech Strategies LLC, a firm that specializes in corporate development activities for public and private companies. Tech Strategies offers strategic, financial and operational counsel to start-ups, growth companies and companies in transition. Mr. Graffman is a consultant to both institutional and private investors in evaluating and structuring investments in public and private companies. Mr. Graffman has experience in structuring reverse mergers transactions, consulting on public company regulatory and financial issues, listing private companies on public exchanges, transitioning public companies to higher profile exchanges, and general capital markets advisory,

He has been instrumental in successful in taking 9 companies public through reverse mergers and direct public offerings.

He a founder and and Director of Ocean Canyon Properties, Inc., which owns and operates multiple private recreational membership resorts in the southeastern U.S.

Mr. Graffman is a founder and director of Rodocanachi Capital, Inc., a Capital Pool Company (CPC). He was instrumental in raising captial and sucessfully completing an IPO for the company on the Toronto Venture Exchange (TSX-V).

Mr. Graffman consults with companies seeking capital. He has been responsible for raising over $65 million in capital for public and private companies he consulted with. He also provided business development consulting to companies backed by venture capital firms Charles River Ventures, Northhbridge Venture Partners and Battery Ventures.


Mr. Graffman also has extensive executive-level management experience in the telecommunication and information technology industries.  This experience includes: VP of Sales, Black Ink Systems, a company providing margin management applications to the telecom industry; VP of Worldwide Sales at mFormation Technologies, a company specializing in the management and control of wireless data services; Vice President of Global Business Development at Sema Group Telecoms, an international telecom software and integration services provider that was sold to Schlumberger. Prior to joining Sema Group Telecoms, he was Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at Savera Systems, a telecom software company specializing in billing solutions. He was the founder of InfoCellular, Inc., a leader in providing customer acquisition and customer management solutions to the global wireless telecommunication industry. InfoCellular was acquired by the LHS Group (NASDAQ: LHSG). Mr. Graffman also was the  founder and CEO of Graffman Associates, an IT systems integrator.

Prior to founding Graffman Associates, Mr. Graffman spent 10 years in academia as an Assistant Professor of Operations Management and Information Systems at the Boston University School of Management and Bentley College.  He has served as a consultant to many private and public organizations including: Southwestern Bell (now AT&T), American Express, Chase Manhattan Bank, Bank Boston, U.S. Army, and The Department of the Navy.

Mr. Graffman has an MBA, with honors and is ABD, Doctor of Business Administration from Boston University where he was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society.He is a member of The Association for Corporate Growth and The Council of Communication Advisors. Mr. Graffman serves on the advisory boards of several technology companies, non-profit organizations, including the Boston Children's Theatre (http://www.bostonchildrenstheatre.org) and academic institutions.Mr. Graffman also serves as the President of The Wine and Food Society of Boston (http://www.iwfsboston.com)
